Gippsland Food & Wine is committed to delivering high-quality products directly to your door. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship orders placed on our website, www.gippslandfoodandwine.com.au.

1. Processing & Dispatch Times

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• If an item is out of stock or there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that we are a bricks and mortar store, so there are times our stock levels may vary from what's available online; however we do our best to keep our inventory as accurate as possible.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer shipping across Australia using reliable courier services.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
• We do not currently offer international shipping.

3. Local Pickup (Yarragon Store)

• You can choose Free Local Pickup at checkout.
• Pickup is available at: Gippsland Food & Wine, 123 Princes Highway, Yarragon, VIC 3823, during store business hours.
• You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship alcohol to restricted areas under Australian liquor laws.
• Perishable items (e.g. chocolate) may be subject to shipping limitations based on your location and weather conditions.
• Some remote locations may have longer delivery times or additional charges.

5. Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect details.
• If no one is available at the time of delivery, couriers may leave a calling card or deliver to a collection point.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
• If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
